The hotel was close to town centre, there was a lift, also the lift on the street to shorten the distance to town centre. Excellent staff. Room was clean, bathroom also. Small balcony. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The location was good, although we needed to take a lift up and down the hill. Sadly the carpet was badly stained, one of the lights didn't work and the toilet door didn't shut. Beds though were very comfortable.

Staff are very helpful. Old hotel. Shower room is just a curtain shower no glass cover, the water leaks and soaked the floor.

Excellent value
Excellent value, especially due to being off season. Great location for access to the Sanctuary. Parking spaces in front of the hotel are few but we were told we could park at another hotel nearby. I do not know if they have a special arrangement to share parking with other hotels. Friendly receptionist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice staff The place is very old, but change in modern style. The hotel luxembourg is close and they send me to hotel DUCHESSE ANNE. Basically it's of same ouner. Thanks Expedia Karen Dalli

Mon séjour c'est très bien déroule. Le réceptionniste accueillant disponible souriant. je conseille cet hôtel en rapport qualité prix c'est bien. L’hôtel est géographiquement bien situé. j'y retournerais.

Pour le prix nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre accueil sympa, pour la propreté nous ne sommes pas en mesure de juger vu le covid mais au niveau insonorisation il y a mieux. Maintenant nous avons passé un séjour sympa car nous avons bénéficié d'un temps magnifique pour visiter Lourdes et nous recueillir à la Grotte. Hôtel idéalement placé pour s'y rendre ou aller au centre ville.

Un hôtel simple et propret pour un séjour à Lourdes en tranquillité Personnel à l’ecoute et surtout vraiment aimable et serviable je tiens à remercier la personne qui était à la réception le 23 septembre Ma sœur avait oublié son insuline dans le frigo nous étions déjà à la gare il nous restait 10 min trop tard pour redescendre et pas de train car grève sncf C’était notre seul train Le monsieur de la réception a pris son vélo et nous a apporté l’insuline Une chose que je n’oublierai jamais Je vous remercie du fond du cœur Soubatra
