"I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. "We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. "Très belle expérience, on se sent bien , pas de bruit , on profite de la nature. Bonne prise en charge, un chauffeur vous dépose avec vos bagages au début et à la fin du séjour. -point d'amélioration en période de forte chaleur, moustiquaires aux fenêtres et mise a disposition d'un ventilateur dans le logement. "The most beautiful peaceful place with an amazing view and a sense of calm - we had a lake house. The park was great. You have to walk quite a bit, because of distance from the parking area to the house. The facilities are excellent. However renting bikes an paddle boards are far too expensive. The staff were very young and didn´t speak English well enough. We were there on the national holiday and had signed up for a paddle tournament. "Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here. "

"There was grease/blood stains on the rail above the single beds. Breakfast was just croissants and a coffee machine. The shower was tiny, and you have to pay 3 Euros per towel. It was noisy into the night, and early day. Didn’t feel like much sleep happened. "

"Front desk were very friendly on arrival, Room was nice with toilet separate from shower which helped with a family of 4. There was a lovely personalised message on our mirror on arrival. Pool was nice as was breakfast. Kids loved the closeness to shopping centre. Car park was tall enough for camper and secured at night."
