"This is a truly 5 star hotel, which to say it had only been open 1 day when we arrived, felt like it had been running for years so smoothly did everything run! The real difference here however is the staff who from checking in at reception made us feel welcome and at home. The accommodation is also superb (we stayed in a 1 bedroom residence with terrace and valley view)- spacious, clean and the housekeeping is perfect.
