One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing.

Our room was gorgeous. We stayed in the Deluxe One Bedroom suite in the West Tower, Water view. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Beautiful view of the Ohio River. We would definitely stay again.

Omni Louisville Hotel
Lovely modern hotel. Fantastic staff. The hotel lobby, elevator, and room was a little hot and stuffy for me. No fan in bathroom.
