Very dissatisfied with the service and visual of the hotel. The front counter person couldn’t find my PAID FOR reservation; it was extremely hot-uncomfortable as soon as you walked in the hotel; it was a nightmare

The hotel was in nice condition and my room was very clean, nice staff. However it was not as advertised since the website stated they serve a free breakfast which has now been discontinued. Breakfast is a very important decision maker for me when I book hotels for my business trips.

We had to wait 15 min for the front desk clerk to show up. She had 2 people waiting to be checked in. She charged us a incidental fee of 967.65 and another of 50.00. She kept reminding us to not smoke in the room when we told her several times that we are not smokers. It seemed as if she was on drugs. When we got to the room, we noticed that there were 2 beds instead of 1 king bed that we reserved. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. It was just a flat sheet over the mattress. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Got there the room was hot A/C took forever to cool. Bathroom lining was not the best holes in towel wash clothes when you got them wet they turn a dirty look to them. Over all not a good stay wouldn’t recommend this anyone.

Poor hotel, for the cost per night.

Not worth $100 per night. It took forever to check in, half the lights in the room were broken, had to use a bag to keep the closet door shut, and the bed linen had burn holes in it.

Room was not clean. Stains on pillowcase & sheet. Odor upon entering the hotel. Carpet stained. Ice machine not working. There was a sheet being used as a curtain hanging over a door near the ice machine. Decided not to stay due to all of the above. The hotel overall is older & in need of a deep cleaning!

First. Took my money from credit card after I asked to pay cash when arrived Room they put me in A/C didn’t work Had to deal with that After moved we had to use stairs. Elevator broke. This place double booked our room. We reserved a room 2 beds, we had to settle for a room with 1 bed. She said It was the Jacuzzi room and we could get it at our regular rate. If we promise not to use the Jacuzzi. Which by the way it was not clean and it was cracked. Then we left the room for an hour came back and they had already been in our room. They had turned up the air conditioner and it turned off our lights. Mind you it was 90° outside. Oh and they turned off the elevator. There was another couple also who had similar complaints, Except they had completely turned off their air-conditioner. Oh and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. If we would have had somewhere else to go we would have left. This place was horrible and we will never go back.
