"Lovely stay in this cosy hotel. The pool and breakfast in neighboring spa/hotel was also wonderful. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was a bit outdated and it would be wonderful if the room came with AC or at least a fan. It can get quite hot in the summer. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel."

"Totally over priced for the quality received. Paying over 300 eur a night for a “holiday apartment”, one expects more. At minimum better beds than two separate ones for parents + sofa bed for the kids. The parent’s bed had some weird hospital like rubber cover under the linen, making a very uncomfortable sleep. Interior finish and furniture very low cost. Sound insulation bad, we could hear all the noises from the other rooms. Shower’s water pressure low or even non-existing if somebody...

"Anfahrt und Lage: In der Nacht über sehr enge gefährliche Strasse. weit weg von anderen Orten, eher Alpiner Ort. Hotel: Renoviert in einem Dorf mit null Infrastruktur. Essen gut, aber der Wirt interessiert sich nicht für Behinderte, welche rechte ich mit Assistenzhunden habe, es kommt zu Schimpfereien beim Abschied. Das muss nicht sein. Die Gepäckhilfe trotz Nachtanreise war gut. keine Rollstuhlfähigen Zimmer gemäss EU Norm."

"Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Azado Steakrestaurant sind beide sehr lecker und gut. Ausgezeichneter Service im Azado! Das Classic Zimmer ist ausreichend und bietet genügend Platz. Jedoch war das Zimmer etwas staubig und wir hatten 2 Spinnen an der Decke. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! :)"
