We booked a room with a washer and dryer but when we checked in we didn’t receive that room. Also, the shade was broken in our room so we had light filtering in all night. The shower didn’t work correctly and the bed was entirely too low. I was amazed the hotel didn’t even offer complimentary coffee. ...
