"The room we had was the Napoli room. It was a very much dated room. And it's possible that it is because it is a bigger family room and maybe not many guests book the room. Clean but no ammenities except, towels, basic shampoo and soap. Not a single hook anywhere in the room or bathroom. No hangers. It was an interesting experience. Staff were good especially the breakfast staff. It was a stopover trip so it was ok. Beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked. Most of the rooms face the pool so music from the pool was loud."

"The hotel provides a truly beautiful experience. You can completely disconnect from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature and your partner. The peaceful surroundings, the sounds of nature, and the overall atmosphere make it the perfect place to relax and recharge. For those of us with children, however, it can be a little nerve-wracking because there is virtually no cell phone signal. While the opportunity to disconnect is part of the charm, having more reliable Wi-Fi would provide extra peace of mind for parents who may need to stay reachable in case of an emergency. Overall, it is a wonderful getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy quality time surrounded by nature."

"My stay at Casa 1800 Cerro Verde was absolutely unforgettable. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the volcanoes and surrounding nature that make you feel completely at peace. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and dining with such incredible views was a highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for a unique getaway surrounded by nature and amazing scenery, I highly recommend Casa 1800 Cerro Verde. I can’t wait to visit again! Only minor change I wish the entrance gate closed later ."

"Staff was very nice. Room was clean. The food was just ok. If you wanted the food brought to your room, you had to go downstairs to order it. There was no way to contact the front desk unless you walked there yourself. We were told we could do an early check in, but when we arrived our room was not ready. We had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. They had coffee grounds and supplies available in the room, but no coffee pot. When asked, we were advised the pot had been broken and they didn’t have time to replace it yet. So we were not able to make ourselves coffee. Be prepared for stairs. It’s a lot of stairs, but worth it. The property is beautiful"
