"Was given a smoking room, and i asked to be changed to a different room just a few minutes after checking in. Beinf pregnant i could not stay in that room. As the room stunk and was unbearable. Tried a rwfund but the owner was extremely rude. Would never stay here again. "

"The staff was amazing, room was huge, and while we didn't utilize the water park portion, it was novel that they had it. We had dinner at the bar and it was nice. The music was classic and the atmosphere was casual. Plenty of seating in the bar and in the patio area of the main hotel lobby."

"The pictures on their site are misleading. This is NOT what the hotel looks like. It is run down and disgusting. I paid a fortune to stay there, only because all the hotels were sold out due to a BTS Concert, and several other festivals over the weekend. It was 100% not worth the money. I slept with my clothes and shoes on due to the unsanitary conditions. The TV would only work for 10-15 minutes at a time, and then had to be turned on again. And, the smell was horrendous. This is the first time I left a hotel hours before my flight was due to take off, just to get out of that room. Stay Away at All Costs...!"

"Comfortable stay. Clean, quiet, safe. Enjoyed hot breakfast. Room was comfortable and clean. Furniture is somewhat outdated. Staff was great! They always greeted the customers. They were welcoming, positive, and happy to answer any questions. We will stay again."
