"Clean, huge & updated room with super comfortable beds. A/C did a great job keeping room at our preferred temperature. Was notified day before check in that check in needed to be done by 9pm unless special arrangements were made in advance. Didn't affect our stay, but may affect others arriving late. Great view of Morro Rock & Morro Bay from our 3rd floor room, but having to schlep heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs was quite a chore, especially after a long drive. Super large bathroom with separate sink/mirror area. It would have been nice to have had a small round table with 2 chairs inside the room (for eating, enjoying coffee, reading newspaper, etc) - there was tons of empty space in the room for something like that. Very convenient to Morro Bay tourist area (dining, shops, marina, etc). "

"It was quiet and fairly clean. The bed was confortable, but the room smelled like fresh paint because thy had just painted the bathroom. I had to sleep with the windows open amd the heater on, becausebits chilly at night in Morro Bay. In the moring they shut the water off without warning while I was V getting ready. Other than these issues it wouldbhave pleasant. "

"They charge for a room with a kitchenette but don’t supply ANY kitchen items like plates, pans, silverware, or glasses. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and the room was awful. The manager was very rude and claimed that it was just how they did things. Don’t waste your money."

"Housekeeping did not change sheets until we were there and insisted. It wasn’t good enough to leave $20 on the bed. One of the only pet friendly hotels in the area. The walls are a little thin and wish it was located on the bay side."
