"You can see the ocean yes, but the room is not whats seen in the pictures.. they are outdated.. the front desk agent said he was upgrading us to a king suite instead of the room with the double bed.. we got in the room and the king bed was the only thing nice about the room.. no sheets on the pull out bed..and no free shuttle to airport ask marketing discribes you have to get an uber or taxi.. it not worth it"

"The staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are extremely outdated and should be renovated. There are no activities during the day. The meals were not up to par. In the hotel amenities they say they have a coffee shop. Well it’s a lie. They have a coffee stand. There’s a difference. "

"Overall, the stay was modest but met my basic needs for one night. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and hot and cold water were available. The fan worked well since there was no air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi was slow but usable. The window did not have a lock, which should be improved for safety. I also believe the hotel could benefit from clearer professional boundaries and stronger guest privacy practices. For a budget stay it was acceptable, but better attention to safety and professionalism would make the experience more reassuring."
