It was a last minute booking due to the passing of my oldest sister. This is the first time I stayed here and I’m glad I did. The room was clean. I got daily room service and the staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Good for an overnight

We stayed here for three nights over Thanksgiving. We found the gentleman at check-in very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We will stay here again.

So well maintained!
I have passed by so many times. I really regret not staying here sooner. They have really updated it and the pool and property are meticulously cared for. I really enjoyed the waterfall at the pool and sat for two hours at sunset into the dark enjoying the breeze. A lot of refurbished motels still have grungy bathrooms etc. but mine was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Property was very convenient to Walmart, fast food places and felt safe. Will absolutely stay here many more times.

Great lil gem in Los Fresnos
This was a great little hotel. Super convenient. Friendly ownership. The pool was clean and it is small, but we had it to ourselves and it was fabulous. I know if I have to stay in that area again, I’d totally rebook!

We checked in early, I wasn’t expecting to pay an early check in fee but I suppose. The room was very pleasant to stay in. The bed was comfortable.

The bed was old and so uncomfortable and the sheets stained with blood or something. Also, towels were extremely little. Bugs in the shower, nasty. Also, some laps didn’t work and others were nasty and rusted stained.

Older hotel. Needs a lot of updates including beds. Very old and noisy. Any simple move would make a ridiculously loud noise

This property can be great had much potential but the way it is needs new towels and sheets and breakfast as stated. But the only person i dealt with was great. She was very helpful. Unless they change something i will not stay there again. 125$ a night is alot of money for what you get. By the way there is no breakfast.
