"Much better than last stay in 2025 when the lobby and rooms had too much perfumed air. Now it smelled clean like it used to. My only 3 issues: sun streamed thru the gaps of blinds, bidet was hard to use, tub is not deep soaking. But overall still a great experience as the suite is comfortable and spacious."

"Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent."

"I have stayed in taal vista several times in the past this was the 1st time I was placed in a room that was so old and dingy. The towel holder even fell on my husbands head. For a ~10k per night it wasnt worth it. I will think more than twice before I book the hotel again in the future. i used to like the place."

"We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort like this in San Pablo City! We will definitely come back! "

"We stayed for 3nights. The first day of buffet breakfast we had…the food selections at the main lobby restaurant were suboptimal. The egg omelette tasted like it was a powder mix. Food Buffet presentation was poor. We had the privilege to go to The one at the 28th floor breakfast buffet based on the type of booking we had, the made to cook breakfast was better. We had booked this hotel before when it was still CRIMSON and everything was wonderful. Toilet tissue in the bathroom had no extra refill available to use even though we started with very minimal to use. The same with facial tissues available. It looks like this hotel is going through transition and looks understaffed I hope it gets better because I like the location. Thank you! "
