"Helpful staff"

"We stayed here one night on our way north. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was huge and the bathroom had a separate shower and stand alone tub. Great for a romatic night or some TLC while sipping wine and reading your favourite novel. The hotel and the rooms are a bit tired and need of a refresh, but still nicer than most hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and the view spactacular. "

"The location was good. But the elevator was broken and we had to go up 11 flights of stairs to reach our room. The elevation is 10,000 feet there so it was an issue."

"Bad rental. Prepare for undisclosed nuisance fees tacked on by absentee owner. Check-in by appointment, so you may be stranded if your flight is late. Unit is very rustic, with no wi-fi (reason there are no pictures). Location is OK, but def not ski-in/ski-out. "
