Very polite well mannered staff. Our check in was smooth. Our room was spacious and cleaned spotless daily. Breakfast was a lovely continental with fresh juice and we were served hot coffee/ tea as required. Good value for money and would definitely recommend.

1st of June - 8th.
Hotel was very clean and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful , but we had to ask for another toilet roll. Also two people sharing a room with a balcony and only one chair, so we asked for another chair. There is only one bedside cabinet with one light so if one went to sleep the other could not have the light on. The bathroom was nice but they need a slip mat in the shower. Just little things like the above make a difference. Our room was on the front and extremely noisy from all night road traffic. Although not the fault of the proprietor there are two hotels with the practically the same name in the same street five minutes walk apart. The difference being one is called Costa Narejos and the other is Los Narejos. Apparently it is causing a lot of confusion when booking and people are Landing up in the wrong hotel, as we did. Obviously the Costa has more facilities which obviously you pay for. So perhaps that should be brought to people's attention when booking.

Very clean and friendly staff walking distance from the beach . Would’ve liked a small fridge as we drank a lot of water and cold would’ve been ideal . Maybe update connection to WiFi as I was always being disconnected and gave up in the end .

Great little hotel.

For a budget two star hotel this beats all the others. Basic but Exceptionally clean, rooms serviced daily. Lovely restaurant used by local residents. Very good prices. Lovely food. Very close to all amenities . What more can I add. For the price, excellent!. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok for one night stay
Not a bad hotel, close to bars and beach. Only stayed for one night and was fine, but don’t know if I’d spend a week here as rooms were pretty basic. Managed to park our hire car directly outside the hotel, which was handy. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t up to much, the English breakfast didn’t even include a drink, you had to pay extra, but then we didn’t pay much extra for bed and breakfast than room only so didn’t expect much.

Laurence and Jesus at Los Narejos
We arrived very late as our flight was delayed and welcomed by Laurence and Jesus. The hotel was very clean and in good condition for a budget price which included a full English breakfast! Room was dated but immaculate and good value. We will stay there again as Laurence was a good host and the hotel is well situated for the town and beach. My only criticism would be Spanish Pillows - not soft enough and too long . Nevertheless we will stay again when looking for a budget deal,

Nice, good value hotel in an excellent location.
This is a good value, nice hotel with a good quality restaurant in an excellent location, handy for both the beach and the town centre bars, cafes, etc. My second floor room had a balcony and I could see the La Manga over the roofs opposite. The staff there are very helpful. Parking is no problem there and free of charge.

Good budget hotel
After a cancelled flight, we booked this hotel for three days. Check in was good. Room good if a bit small. Beds ok. Shower ok. Food very good and great value.

Very good 2 star hotel.
This hotel was very good. The staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I feel that the one major thing it lacked was a small fridge in the room. The temperatures when we were there were in the thirties. Without a fridge, it was impossible to keep drinks cold, which would have made such a difference.

Everything about our stay at hotel Los Narejos was excellent, cleanliness, comfort, food and drink was first class. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Good value
Well maintained family hotel with friendly helpful staff, no English tv or fridge but good sized clean rooms with free wi-fi tea/coffee and essential toiletries, air con "perhaps understandably" is disabled in winter but worked fine when the remote appeared, beds were comfy and always got a good nights sleep in spite of the binmen. Breakfast included was basic continental or for an extra euro you could get a full english, the restraunt could get quite busy in the evening being popular with both locals and tourists. Good location with beach and shopping precinct-with resteraunts and bars etc a short stroll away and Alcazares about 30 mins. For a 2 star hotel I was well impressed would be happy to stay again or recommend, a special thanks for letting me use the room before my late flight.

Money well spent
The Hotel is basic but very clean, the staff were polite, friendly and eager to help. I saw some comments that other guests had found the beds to be hard, but personally I found them to be ok and slept well. They do a lovely Breakfast either English or Spanish which was good value for money, we also had a meal in the restaurant that was more than acceptable. There would be very little for kids to do around the hotel but the beach is only about 400 metres away. It was good value for money and we will be returning there in the future.

The room was very clean, the room need a sizable mirror in the Bedroom area, the lcd tv was too small could of done with a 32 or 36 screen. Was charged for ice, that was strange little dissapointed there, English breakfast was fabulous.. the family run hotel was in all a nice stay... frenzy nice staff would stay again and recommend to friends.

Good Location
This is our 2nd stay at Hotel Los Narejos a family run hotel. The staff work very hard and we found the hotel to be very clean and more than adequate for our needs. There is a restaurant in the hotel which provides wonderful meals at a very reasonable price. It is situated on the main road from Murcia airport, 5 minutes away, so very convenient for a stopover before catching a flight home.

Well run small family hotel in Los Narejos Murcia.
Small, quiet, well run family hotel near to the beach and square with all its lovely restaurants & bars. Pleasant & cheery staff. Spotlessly clean and the food was lovely and very reasonable.Thought it should be 3 star not 2 star. Would definitely book again.

We had two weeks staying here...it was good from the start to finish. Nothing was to much for all the staff. Very Spanish with not much English spoken so a lot of hand festers. But we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go again.

Dream Escape
Although it was only 2* this hotel was a dream escape. It had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mentions have to go out to the cleaner who was very bubbly and the reception staff who allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out so we didn't have to lug them around while we waited for our flight. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

Great location. Nice, family run hotel. Nothing too luxurious but fine if you're not expecting finery. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and 3-4 minute walk to the beach. I would book again.

We stayed at the los narejos for two nts. the hotel staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean. Air con was good . not spending too much time in the room it was a good base to visit the town from and local bars. The price of drinks and food in their resturant was very cheep, and always a good deal on the four coarse menu.

Perfectly good hotel for Murcia-San Javier Airport
Ideal for users of Murcia-San Javier Airport - only 2 km away! We had booked our 1st night after landing & were so satisfied that we booked our last night before take-off too. Set dinner menu was good value, as was set breakfast. Hotel is rather a long way from the town centre of Los Alcázares, which did not concern us. Walking distance from the Mar Menor shore.

5 star treatment at 2 star prices!
I spent New Year's Eve 2011/2012 in Los Alcazares and picked this hotel on a whim. Our Landlady couldn't have been more helpful in subsequent difficult circumstances. The immediate area is quiet, but typically Murcian, with a nearby street (Rio Nalon) where there are some 'international' restaurants. The lovely lagoon beach is a short stroll away. Can't recommend this place highly enough, in terms of value for money.
