Overall staff and food was great. Only issue I would say is that the kitchen was closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so we were unable to order room service unless we had reservations and to find an open restaurant on Christmas Day was hard.

We had a lovely room right off of the pool. My only complaints would be the poor lighting in the room, the lack of towels (although we received more when requested), and the broken ironing board. The room was spacious and the linens were fine for a hotel at this price point. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful once we arrived, but a bit slow via email prior to the trip.

The room and all common areas were spotless. The staff was so friendly and really went the extra mile to make my stay special. When two tours I booked on my own cancelled on me last minute, the concierge arranged a new tour for me the same day. The food was really good, fresh and healthy, and I appreciated the live music at night. The location can’t be beat if you want to explore the town!
