"The staff was very nice and helpful. However, housekeeping only came once out of three days. therefore the other days we had to go down to get clean towels for ourselves. The pool area was nice but waaaaay crowded with many kids (seemingly many people booking a room and bringing 5-6 kids into the pool on their reservation). Never saw any staff checking up on anything in pool area. Breakfast was a WASTE. We went each morning and they never had half of what they supposedly offered. Pancake machine broken the whole time. Only had cinnamon rolls (in a specialized display case) one out of three mornings. Would only have 3-4 yogurts in fridge at a time and they would go quick and you'd have to wait around to ask for more. Most hot items also emptied quickly, not enough for the amount of people at breakfast. The only thing that was reliable was bowls of dry cereal. Even the oatmeal container was empty when I checked. So if you're considering breakfast a savings included with your stay, don't. The very last day we just gave up entirely and went to Dunkin Donuts. They only had one staff member on breakfast - she was friendly and working hard - hotel's fault for not having enough staff and food to have what they promise. Location was good, parking was ample. "

"Very clean room. Car was left and was not damaged. Cost cheaper than other places. Room was nice and clean and smelled good. Manager was very nice as were the drivers for the airport shuttle!"

"We stayed at this property a month ago and felt if was nice for the price we paid. This time we paid $30 more and the experience wasn't as good. My husband likes the breakfast. It has a good variety and is fresh. Our check in was fine, but I had used Expedia to book our stay and I chose a regular room with a king size bed. We were put in an accessible room, which was $10 cheaper on the app, but I chose a regular room for the extra $10 so I could have a regular tub. The associate gave us a new room, the type I had booked. We were put in a room on the end, which was full of smoke. Either someone was smoking in their room, or, people propped the door and were smoking outside. The people in the room next to us were playing a base guitar or something. The associate tried to get their attention to stop, but they didn't answer the door and turned up their TV! Again, we were moved so we didn't have to hear the reverberating noise. The keys didn't work on the new room. When my husband went down to let them know, mind you, we are exhausted, sheived us to a different room. It was a room with a tub with jets. The jets worked fine, but the knobs were corroded and falling off. The bed most definitely needed a new mattress and I'm not a fan of small square pillows. Really, if we would have paid what we did the last time, it would have been exactly what we paid for. This time, not so much. The staff are nice. They tried to be accommodating. They allowed us an extra hour to check out. "

"Love this spot when flying in and out of Cleveland. So cool that they repurposed a NACA building fro. The past. Super clean and friendly staff. Shuttle service is great."

"Overall a nice experience. There were two issues with our room. The bathroom sink had its stopper sunken in and stuck. Next the AC was not working. I alerted the desk and they did fix it in a timely manner. So while it was mildly inconvenient at first they did a great job fixing the problems."

"This place was awful. Truly flithy dirty disturbing! The keys didnt work so they had to open the door and leave ir cracked open for you. There was so much grease and grim and items under the bed and behind the nightstands. The tub looked like it may fall in. We left. There was no way i was staying there. It appears to be more of a long term stay for recovering addicts "

"The room has a bad smell and was dirty. Stains on the wall, shower was dirty, Towels were not clean. I would not stay there again or any other Red Roof Inn after this experience"
