"Clean room, comfortable beds, Bridget was friendly and very helpful at check in and was able to get adjoining rooms for my daughter and I. There were no handicap accessible double queens available, but I managed 1 night. Grab bars in the bathroom would have been a tremendous help. Breakfast was decent."

"In the past 3 days of our trip, we have visited 3 different places to stay, and I will give 5 ***** for several reasons to begin with: front desk associate - perfect to excellent; room - spacious, super clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything was working perfectly. The bar was a bit pricey, but it has a great selection. I am a member of Meriot Bonvoy and had the same experience before at different places in the US and in Europe. Do I recommend it? Yeah, by all means, should I come back to the place here in Hot Spring - withoout any discussions. The location is great it depends on where you would llike to go and what to do."

"Husband is handicapped so doesn't get to enjoy most hot tubs but this property's hot tub was a walk in. Wish I knew that before we packed. He would have lived the warm water and jets. Great place to stay"

"The room was clean (noisy exhaust fan in bathroom but was repaired quickly) and plenty of options for breakfast, The staff was very helpful and a good resource for things going on in the area. Good location and easy to get around. Would stay again when in the area."

"We were there for a softball tournament and both ball parks were just minutes away. Breakfast was good. Room was okay. We requested a handicap room, mainly for the shower. There wasn't enough counter space in the whole room. The bed was too low but it was comfortable. Air conditioning was great. They staff was very friendly and helpful. We won't request a handicap room again but we would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel is a very nice place to stay at. There are a lot of places that you can visit. There's little mini malls all over the place. Plenty of places for you to eat just one little hiccup that we had a couple had some young children that was next door to us, we had to leave at 2 AM in the morning. Those children sound like they was jumping off the beds onto the wall. We could not sleep. We call the front desk. It still took about 2 hours for those children to calm down, but we were able to get 4 hours of sleep. That's the only problem that we had children should be on the 1st floor that's my opinion."
