The room was clean and the people that checked us in was nice. The down part was the breakfast. There was people in there eating and a man shirtless eating and leaned on counters was a deterrent for us

We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The complex was nice as were the rooms. It was extremely disappointing that we were charged for parking. Especially considering the abandoned hotels everywhere. Know that you will have to pay per day for parking. They don’t tell you that until you show up.
