"Hotel was under construction so lobby and hallways blocked with ladders and debris. Front desk staff was absent and had to be found by construction staff to even check in. Improper check in by clerk had staff walk in to room unannounced to “check if someone was in the room.” Resulted in having keys reprogrammed 3 times."

"Super loud hotel. When I checked in I asked specifically for a quiet room. We got put next to a party room. We could hear everything through the walls. There's no sound protection anywhere. You could hear and feel the whole room rattle anytime somebody shut a door in the hallway. The bed was clean and comfortable. But everything else is just dingy and run down and kind of gross honestly. It was cheap though so I guess you get what you pay for. And the breakfast was decent. "
