My room faced the highway and it was a little noisy. Next time I would choose on the other side The room was great spacious and comfortable with all the good stuff . I’ll definitely stay here again

You pay $30/per night for pet fee which wasn’t told to us. The beds are also super hard so it’s hard to get any good rest other than that it was a normal and okay stay. The staff was very nice and friendly.

this was my first time staying at a Best Western and will be a returning customer! very clean, newly updated, all facilities were working, beds were incredibly comfortable. staff was nice and helpful. 10/10!

best western university was clean and well kept. pretty quiet considering it is close to I-20, Cracker Barrell right next door. Breakfast at hotel was good.

We stayed there 2 different nights. The first night my husband found mold on one of the curtains from the air conditioner and the second room we had on the second visit was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman @ Check-in the first time stay was absolutely awesome. He needs kudos. Super friendly and informative about the area.

Property had good sides but it is very much dated. Elevator was something out of the past and the toilets were the old 18 inch off the floor style.

Great deal!
Surprisingly nice for the super cheap price! All the amenities of a much more expensive hotel. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Potential to be a GREAT hotel IF the following issues are addressed: 1. Uncomfortable beds 2. Unsafe Elevator Everything else was great! The cleanliness, the staff, and the fresh baked cookies.

Great value for your money!!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The room was spacious, staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. The other guests were friendly and our pets enjoyed the grassy areas.

Rooms could be cleaner, there was blood splatter on tha bathroom door and some fine splatter on the outside of the tub. I had to kill a roach, and found some press ons on the carpet near the bed. It was quiet not bad overall, main thing is rooms could be cleaner.
