"I asked for extra blankets 5 times and only received an extra 2 pillows. I asked for extra towels and received none. The ticket for the parking garage did not work to let me out so I had to park and go in to get it fixed. I told the person at the breakfast buffet that the meal should have been included in my room, but if it wasn't to charge it to my room. She asked me 3 times and I told her the same answer every time. She then followed me down to the elevator, stopped at the desk to ask if it was included in my room and then yelled to me at the elevator that I had to pay for my breakfast. I again told her my room number and told her to charge it to my room. Embarrassing to say the least."
