Long Tien Pagoda

I really liked this hotel. It was in a perfect area close to many tourist areas. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was always nice. They set up car service to and from the airport for me. I would recommend.

Hotel was in a good location in the old quarter. Staff were helpful and eager to please. Hotel rooms were very clean and had what we needed. Hotel was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. Pictures of breakfast were a bit misleading and whilst ok, not a feast as it looked like. Hotel was totally fine for a one night stay as a base when we were out and about in Hanoi but if staying longer would go to a hotel with more facilities that was more modern.

Staff all very polite and helpful. Cindy dealt with all our transport arrangements for the rest of our trip to Vietnam and it all worked out very well. Overall a great location and we felt looked after by the staff, couldn’t ask for more.
