"Absolutely loved this place!!! We were at a wedding but we had to drive back into Washington and we were exhausted. Pulling up to the property was pretty special. There was a large colorful Ferris Wheel and beautiful waterfront area. Plenty of restaurants and bars to chill in. There was even a Marilyn Monroe statue that looked cool. The hotel was really nice. Loved the card access elevators. If your room is on the busy /plaza entrance, there may be some traffic noise. Also… huge note.. there is no onsite parking. You have to park at one of the parking decks and then walk back. Not cool but… I guess you sacrifice convenience for the waterfront views. The night clerk at the front was excellent. Highly knowledgeable about the area and full of tips for the next time we come back to Washington. I was in line while he handled some unruly patrons and a late entry that didn’t have a room.. the hotel was fully booked. He handled everything in expert fashion and had the lobby area clear and patrons happy minutes. My family wished we’d had more time to stay at the hotel but it was a quick day trip. 5 stars all the way around. "

"I was really impressed with this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The room was really nice. Right across the street were some fast good fast food restaurants. Very easy drive to Reagan International Airport."

"Loved the classical beauty of the hotel, decor and landscaping. Room and hotel as a whole was very clean. Shower heat/pressure was amazing. Front desk staff was super nice and I liked there being a fancy restaurant and lounge so we had the option of staying in. Only minor issue was having to valet the car causing 10-20 minute delays every time we needed to leave."

"Needs a fitness center or coordination with Hampton Inn to utilise their fitness center."

"Location was great, subway was just a block or 2 away. Staff was great. 20 minute walk to a few of the museums. As for the room, there were 2 red jellybeans on the floor by the beds. Even after 1 night and housekeeping came, they were still there. Sink had chips/crack, visible stains on carpet. Bathroom was clean, but those details took away the quality that was expected. Pillows were too big or bulky, not comfortable to sleep on. "
