Beautiful lake view! Watched loons flying by from the balcony. Carlos Lake state park with 14 miles of trails is just a 15 minute drive. Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Best Western Alexandria Inn
Room floor was sticky & had some candies left on the floor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. Ran out of kleenex right away. Staff wasn't very friendly. Stayed there last year & had a nice stay. This year not ao much, won't be back again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Alexandria
Nice place to stay. Seemed clean - breakfast was typical but good. Staff very friendly. Extremely over-priced for an average hotel room.
