"Ken and Candi are a wonderful. Hardworking couple who care that you feel welcomed. Serve a great breakfast. Tell you about all the activities happening in the area. Keep the cookie jar filled for quests. This is a perfect place for the professional who is stressed out. Who needs some serious down time close to the water. Who can just unwind. Walk to some great restaurants. Just chill out in beautiful surroundings."

Love Long Beach. Fun, lots of shops, and restaurant. Something for everyone. Be sure to go to Sadie and Josie's Bakery in Long Beach! They are the best and they give you samples before you buy. We always bring home extra to freeze.

Had very good experience overall. I feel like its more of a summer vacation spot so there was less road and foot traffic. But I really enjoy randomly visiting in the off season. Locals are always very friendly and genuinely cordial.

Long Beach has a wonderful array of dinning and shopping to experience. We loved walking the boardwalk and the Beach as well as taking short excursions to the Cranberry Museum and out to Oyserville.

Nice family friendly area. Some quirky attractions like Marsh's museum and of course the worlds largest frying pan. Huge driveable beach. Good kite flying.

Quite a nice small town. Easy walk to beach. No big dunes (hills) to cross to get to it. Since it is on a peninsula, no heavy through traffic. Many stores/restaurants closed weekdays, excluding Fridays, but enough to keep you interested for a few day

While visiting the beach, please be aware that they have loose sand, unlike ocean shores where the sand is packed more than not. Your vehicle has a greater chance of getting stuck due to this type of sand.

Long Beach is a small town with a small feel. However, in the winter the town seems close up early after dark. The town has a nice supermarket and a McDonald's which is the only fast food place in town. There are plenty of restaurants in town.
"We had such a wonderful stay at Boardwalk Cottages in Long Beach! The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. It had that perfect blend of charm and modern touches that made it feel both homey and special.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the boardwalk and then come back to such a peaceful, relaxing space.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.
