My first experience with a key code entry into the hotel and the room. I actually liked it because there is no front desk to check in and no breakfast included I hope it keeps the prices lower. It’s a beautiful hotel with balcony rooms overlooking the street. I will definitely recommend to anyone and will be staying again.
New and clean!! Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! Not sure if it was just our room, but there wasn’t a chair or a nightstand. Our friends had a chair and nightstand in their room. Overall a great place to say in a lovely town!

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Comfortable bed/pillows, modern decor, fluffy towels, prime location. Housekeeping needs work. The sink and nightstands were dirty. The floor needed to be mopped. Also, the a/c was very loud and the thermostat was complicated.
The room was nicely decorated and we appreciated the EV chargers. There is construction next door which was a little loud at times. This is a self-service hotel so the only way to contact staff is by phone or email. The bathroom could use some more shelves to hold your stuff. The balcony is shared with all 2nd floor rooms and you cannot see the water so that wasn’t worth the extra $$. Our big problem was our room temperature was impossible to keep comfortable. It was freezing during the day and ridiculously hot at night to the point I almost left to sleep in the car. Would not stay again but the area is really nice with lots of food options and close to the beach. There is a $250 charge if you accidentally sign out of their Hulu account which is bananas.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Everything was new and the rooms were nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. However, the service was nonexistent. They provide a code to get into the building in your room, and if you need anything, the sign says to call or text for fast service. I called one day and around 6 PM and was told they couldn't help me because no one was there anymore. Another time I sent a text first thing in the morning and nine hours later had to call anyway because I never got a response. When you call, they don't know which hotel you're calling from. It's kind of like calling a call center. Check out is 10 AM, which is extremely early. I also noticed the same debris on the stairs at the end of my stay that was there at the beginning, which means in at least a few days no one had cleaned. It's like staying in an Airbnb, but without all of the items you might need. No housekeeping in a four day stay.
I'll be back to the area regularly, but unfortunately don't plan on staying here again (although it would be convenient) because of the service.
This hotel was absolutely amazing! It had just opened 3 weeks before our stay. The room & bathroom were very clean. Beds were very comfortable and clean as well. Only thing that I would recommend in the room would be a chair of some sort. This hotel is definitely a 5 star. Also, they have cafe and other things being added to the place well. Me and my family will definitely return back and do highly recommend.
There are no staff on site, you have to call if you have an issue. The building is new, the rooms are large, our ac was great, everything was super clean, you can’t hear the traffic from the street, beds are comfortable (firm) and there are lots of pillows. The tv has streaming services on there already, so you don’t have to log into your own. There is a park across the street with a splash pad. Restaurants, ice cream shop and a bar all within a few blocks. It is a quaint town that seems to be expanding. Very clean and seemingly safe neighborhood. They are veteran proud here with banners of local vet’s names and photos posted in the park and downtown area. We were proud to see them honored in such a way. Some of the restaurants here offer good veteran discounts too! We did have the smoke detectors go off falsely, two days in a row during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family!
This is a brand new hotel! It was clean and a nice, safe place to stay. The balcony off of the room was great to use. Atmosphere at this hotel is relaxed. We really liked the Keurig with Community Coffee and the complimentary snacks and water. We will definitely stay here again.
I wish someone were there to greet you. The alarm went off all night. The elevator had mishaps and the emergency button didn’t work. The hotel smells like paint.. The area is very good. The hotel is clean. All the problems were small and I will stay again.
The hotel is brand new. The only issue I had was the bathroom needs better lighting. They need a vanity area so that you can put your toiletries. Also, they need a comfortable chair and not a wooden chair. Other than that very nice

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Minimal furnishings. No cabinets in the bathroom or elsewhere. Noisy. Air conditioner is extremely noisy and blows right on you in bed. Very poor accommodations. No one on sight to help.
I don’t even know where to start this place is wonderful. It’s very pretty. The patio is pretty. There is no front desk which I actually like that. I can get the information on my phone and check in on my own. That’s nice beds are comfortable. The rooms are big. It is very clean. It has just been built. I think it’s been out for like a month two months. It’s been open. It is very beautiful. You can tell it’s new. It has the fresh paint smell and everything. Other than that this is nice for a getaway. Me and my friends had an amazing time. I do recommend this place.
