"I went there because I love the pool but it was closed and they never told us when we were checking in or on your website. Expedia does not say the pool was closed so I was really upset because it was my 28th anniversary. My husband is a truck driver. He just started his new job and had to ask permission for these days and we didn’t get what we wanted. They never told us when we checked in that the pool was closed so we got ready to go to the pool and it was close I was really disappointed. I even cried because I was looking forward to being at that hot tub"

"Room was clean and very well set up with the kitchenette service. Laundry was very convenient and well maintained. Nearby amenities was convenient. View from our room was great view of mountains. One thing that was weird though was the floor had strange raised areas in the room as well as the hallway to our room. Nothing that seemed to make it less of a stay - but still noteworthy."

"Good things: Easy and super fast access to front desk via messaging. Good breakfast, which was kept replenished and ready for the whole of the generous breakfast hours, 6 to 10 a.m. Nice room layout - suite with separate bedroom. Regular rooms have been fine in the past, but since my husband had to work pre-dawn, having the bedroom separate from the desk area was helpful. Bad things: Lack of housekeeping. A bathroom mirror notice stated housekeeping was every other day. When we called because of NO HOUSEKEEPING and lack of sufficient supplies, we were told they were trying to remove notices from mirrors because housekeeping was every 3 days. Wish that was stated at check-in & on websites. We checked in on Friday, out on Tuesday, and had NO housekeeping service whatsoever. Luckily there were several garbage cans in the suite, so we didn't run out of trash space. But we ran out of toilet paper (which a staff member brought to our room after we requested it), kleenex, clean washcloths, and kitchen linens. Also, the couch was horrendous! It pulled out into a sleeper bed, which we didn't need, but just sitting on the couch was impossible. Cushions collapsed in the middle! We called about it & maintenance came right up. However, it was a momentary fix at best. The supporting wood slats and cloth straps, just slid right back out of the way and the couch cushions collapsed again. Bad! Bed was inconsistently supportive - not too comfortable."

"The bed was so hard we had to sleep on the comforter! But breakfast was good; crisp bacon, scrambled eggs that weren't overcooked. Staff talked so loudly in the breakfast buffet area that their voices could be heard in the dining room."
