"Third stay at this property in September 2026. The property is in transition, in a good way. Appear to be phased room improvements. 2nd flr suite Labor Day weekend was fully renovated, painted like yesterday! All new furniture, mattress+coverings, furniture, wall art. quiet HVAC. Stayed again 9/20."

"WE BOOKED ON LINE AFTER A VERY LONG DAY OF DRIVING AND WE WERE TOLD BY THE RECEPTIONIST THAT WE HAD BOOKED THE ROOM WITH SMOKING AND ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY EXTRA FOR A NON-SMOKING ROOM, SO THAT WAS DISAPPOINTING BUT WE NEEDED A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, ROOM WAS IN THE BACK, IT WAS LATE AND IT FELT SOME WHAT UNSAFE AND OUT OF VIEW."

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If your looking for fancy, this may not be the place, but for a comfy, quiet stay, come on in."

"Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!"
