"Everything was clean, especially the rooms and breakfast area. The advertised laundry facilities were not functional (put of order) and were not kept very clean. We plan our trips partly with on site laundry. This cost us a trip to a local coin laundry. Everything else was fine."

"This place was fantastic! The view was fabulous, it’s so peaceful and convenient being right in the middle of a national park, and the location made it easy to get some work done while fitting in tours and sight seeing throughout the afternoon. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant with the view is top notch. I’m so glad that I found this gem- it really was the highlight of my trip to Mesa Verde National Park"
