"Hidden gem in Cortez, CO among other nearby hotels. Great staff, great amenities, amazing price for what you get! The breakfast is also nice. This hotel exceeded my expectations. If you can, upgrade your room to the suite with the jetted tub, king size bed and queen size bed. Really nice room for a family stay. Safe location, plenty of parking too. Highly recommended if you are visiting the Four Corners Monument or the Mesa Verde National Park"
"The AC/heat was not too good made room feel cold, people kept walking around and I couldn’t sleep well knowing the back entrance door was not locked, it was broken.
Homeless people entered the building.
Sorry but I will not be staying here again. 😏"
"the whole property is going major renavation and dust everywhere, and they still rent the room out, they assigned us with the room is old and dirty. Staff is not helpful and I had to phone Expedia and requested to cancel the stay. Why Expedia put this hotel on the web site to allow customer to book a room?"
"Unpretentious and fairly chill place. Parking convenient to schlep stuff back and forth to your car. Good quality, quiet mini fridge was appreciated. Single story, so no upstairs elephants to wake you up. Worked out fine for us, price was reasonable."
"We liked everything. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed was excellent. We had a good night's sleep. Even the Hotel breakfast was better than others we've had in the past. Would definitely stay there again."
"The Quality Inn in Cortez is a decent hotel, but definitely older. They've done as good a job as they can with keeping it semi-updated, clean, etc. but if you're looking for a newer more modern place to stay... this is probably not the best choice. With that being said, it is arguably a great value for the money. They seem to have the lowest rates in Cortez for a name brand hotel, the staff is great, and the breakfast is always good and well maintained."
