"Initially I was assigned a room on the 1st floor. Upon entering it smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was dingy, old carpet and view of air conditioning equipment. "The staff are brilliants. We next our bag early with the concierge to explore. The lobby and lifts are clean and modern. The views from the room of the bridge are brilliant. The shower is very dated but is powerful. It is very low however and was at eye level. Was a bit of mould in the corner."

"This is a very pleasant hotel. The check in process was very easy although they do require photo ID. They were able to check us in 90 minutes early too. The room was OK.
