Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
Room 1258. Giselle who checked us in was excellent. A welcoming smile, she sold us an upgrade. The room was clean, however the towel rail electrical connection was exposed, the toilet appears to leak underneath as water pooled next to the wall and the shower head leaked.
