Strand Palace Hotel

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
I paid for a room upgrade. I originally had king room with Big Ben view. Upon arrival said would get 1 bedroom studio with Big Ben view. I also requested early check with payment, and they confirmed via email. When we arrived at 11:30 they said it would be an hour. After an hour they said 3pm which ...
