Do not stay on the weekend. Outdoor bars have music playing til 1am. Very loud. Could not sleep. Housekeeping barged into our room at 9am thinking we checked out

If you are planning on staying downtown London, i would highly recommended this hotel. The rooms are modern and lots of amenities. The hotel is clean and beside several restaurants. One of the main feature of this hotel is having an underground parking lot. Other hotels in the area do not have parking lots. Definitely look into staying at this hotel. Ut maybe a little expensive but definitely worth the cost.

There was a six inch board around the bed so you couldn't sit on the edge of the bed without taking out your shins, the roof in the livingroom had a corner that was crumbling off, a sort dark black hair in one of our coffee cups, the shower head was terrible it dripped out, they came to do light house keeping in our room and pulled the top cover over the rest of the crinkled up blankets instead of making the bed, we had hung up our towels they took them all and left us one towel for the next morning. Our Kleenex box was empty they took it and left the empty box on top of the coffee cabinet. The parking was way too expensive at 33 bucks a night. When we checked out they didn't ask if we liked our stay or not. For over 600 dollars for two nights I was disappointed.

We were woken up by the fire alarm with no explanation afterwards. House keeping tried to come into our room 3 times after the fire alarm but before check out also so definitely unimpressed to say the least but there’s only so much they have control over.

Traveled to London to visit friends for the weekend, and knew we would be arriving late. We decided to stay our first night at the Park. Check in was quick and easy, which I appreciated, arriving at 11pm with two small children. Within minutes we were parked in the secure underground garage, and up into our room. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and just what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again
