I liked the hard flooring in the room versus carpet. I must have liked the bed because I really slept good The decor felt a little dark And maybe that’s why I slept so good. The biggest reason I would not come back is that my bathroom had black mold around the top of the shower and around the top near the ceiling on the wallpaper. I was blowing my nose the whole time I was in the room so I don’t know if I was allergic to something or if it was the mold. The Mexican restaurant that was recommended by the staff really wasn’t very good and I wouldn’t recommend it again (El Dorado).

Convenient hotel in London KY, right next to the highway. Good rate for bed and breakfast, the room was cleaned and had everything that we needed for one night stay. Cookies at check in and bottle of water at check out was a nice gesture. No USB plug in for devices but not a deal breaker.

The room was clean and very quiet. The front lobby at the reservation desk everyone was very nice and helpful. I do feel the motel could use some remodeling. The room was remodeled, but everything else is old.

The staff was very friendly, however, the room was very questionable. I dropped some water on the floor and got a towel to soak it up. The towel was filthy with just a swipe of the towel. I took a wash cloth and was grossed out by how dirty the floor was. The bed was clean, the shower looked clean, but the floor was terrible.

The tub in the bathroom was draining ever so slowly. At the end of the bath we were standing in water and it took several minutes after the bath for it to fully drain. The common area seemed like it had not been vacuumed for days. Would not recommend this place.

The building is obviously older but they have remodeled and the interior is nice. They clearly try to add extra touches such as cookies at check in and a bottle of water ready at checkout for the road. I am a female that was traveling alone. The young woman that checked me in allowed me to choose an interior room and was cautious not to call out in front of others my room number etc. I appreciate those things very much. The lady at breakfast was very nice and made a point to keep the area very clean.

The team were all very nice and helpful. The area seemed safe and was convenient to everything we needed. A small breakfast is available. There were no bugs and the rooms look clean. We had to call to ask for a new shower curtain because the one in our room had a very strong mildew smell. They brought it right away and were very nice about it. The rooms could use some updating, but all in all it was safe and clean and cost was fair.

I loved the attentiveness and cheerfulness of the staff at night when we checked in and in the day when we left. The breakfast was wonderful for my wife and she enjoyed it very much. We stayed in room 149 and it was very quiet even though the expressway is visible from the room. The bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing too, hot water and massaging showerhead. This is the best hotel I have stayed at in quite a long time. Just experiencing the great staff at this hotel made our stay worth it.

The staff upon check-in was extremely helpful and nice whem this less-than-tech-savvy customer had expedia online reservations difficulties. Room was very comfy and clean. Bteakfast was delicious with many wonderful choices and welcoming staff.
