"Upon our arrival the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. We had never been to Slovang and were only staying for one night but they answered any questions we had about the town. They also did their best to accomodate us having our two rooms near each other. Upon learning that we had an infant with us, they also offered to have a pack n play sent to our room to make it easier for our little one to have a place to sleep which was much appreciated. You can tell the property is a bit older, it has that old look, and charm to it. The rooms were incredibly spacious and well worth the cost of them. My only complaint about the room itself is that the bed we had just really wasn't comfortable, but that could be a personal preference as everyone else in my travel party felt they were just fine. The free breakfast was good, and while it was not the best meal you will ever eat, it was no different then a breakfast you would have had at home, we had bacon, egg and cheese omlettes, choice of juices, and some pastries, etc. The usual stuff you see at a free breakfast option. It is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Slovang which is nice, and they have a lovely little fire pit you can sit outside next to in the evening as well."

"This place is packed with charm and character. It may be an older property, but it is very clean, well maintained and very quiet. Full of trees and landscape, it feels like home away from home. The restaurants and stores are not really walkable but all within a 5 min drive."
