The property provides all the things you need on your holiday plus many extras like plenty of space outside, BBQ areas, salt cave and playground for children. "I do like the structure, those enclosed bridges allowing you to enjoy the view is really amazing. Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication with front desk it didn’t work at that time , son we slept in cold room . was cold that night. We didn’t get to enjoy the restaurant, when we went there no one greet us or pay attention to us. That was weird , so we went to next hotel up the hill and we had good dinner there . other than that, we will recommend this hotel for a nice family time ."

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"Great location. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy mountain air. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cable car is a short walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy, free parking. "
