"The place was spotless and really well equipped, full kitchen, washing machine, oven, coffee machine etc. Easy check in, friendly staff. We only stayed one night but it would be perfect for a longer stay too. More like a 5 minute walk to the Bernina express but not a major issue. I would say the entrance is a little hard to find especially in the dark, its down a side street and it just looks like a block of flats from the outside. Perhaps clarify the directions with the place first, they messaged us on WhatsApp after we had booked. All in all, I would recommend and definitely stay again. "

"The room was spacious and a beautiful mix of old and new. Jessica meet as on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a converted residence build in the 15 hundreds and has been renovated with a beautiful mix of old and new. Sitting a few streets from the old town and a 15 min walk to the train station. "This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

"I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment adjacent to the inn. I had a fabulous time but wished the restaurant was open for dinner although the front desk helped order me a pizza that was delivered. I will definitely return as it’s a lovely place to stay and spa. "
