"The stay we fine but I forgot something in my room and when I contacted the hotel afterwards they told me they found nothing. I do not feel comfortable staying in a hotel and I cannot trust staff with access to my room. Will not stay there again"

The only issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t cooling properly, which made it a bit warm. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful—I just wish we could have stayed longer."

"The room was clean and tidy albeit a little dated. We booked a double room with a cot and were supplied with two singles. The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list. Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh. We consistently had a cleaning trolley outside our room in the corridor all week. Not a huge problem but not the most pleasant thing to open your door to daily. However staff were great and the hotel did everything you’d ask but a little sub standard for a 4 star."
