"This hotel is brand new and absolutely spotless—everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to resolve any issues, though they can occasionally be a bit importunate. Still, their eagerness to help comes from a good place. Special thanks to Muhammad, who arranged the airport transfers for my family and patiently answered all my questions. Truly appreciated!"

"I do not like to be treated as potential not paying person Forcing me "you need to to pay this right now" or "I cannot make this unless you pay this right now" is not a right treatment. The hotel has serious problem is with cleaning the rooms. Touching my bed to make this nice looking is not a cleaning !! My slippers were dirty from the floor ! In the bathroom the spots of tooth paste I made were untouched for 4 days Never again !!"

"The hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant. Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping."
