We spent there a long weekend in May. It was very clean, the breakfast on time and the owners very friendly and helpful.

Superb apartment. Spacious, very well equipped, very comfortable, excellent wifi. Friendly, helpful owner. Highly recommended

My family and I have just returned from a great 4 night stay in Nantes and in particular the Maison du Monde Apartments. The apartment we stayed in was called Marigold and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We didn't cook but did make use of the fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, the accommodation provided plenty of different teas to choose from and my particular favourite were the many coffee pods available to use in the machine provided, a great addition. Very clean comfotable and spacious. Below ground parking very useful in extreme hot weather.

Excellent location to leave your car and explore Le Mans on foot. Parking available in-site (but spaces are limited so book ahead of time - which we didn’t - or you’ll have to park in one of the nearby municipal car parks, which are actually great!). The room was compact L, comfortable, clean, with a fridge (very small freezer compartment), hob, microwave, sink, coffee machine. Staff were really helpful. Again … great location as a base to explore Le Mans on foot.

Overall, from booking until check out it was excellent. The apartment had everything required to make it a very nice and comfortable stay.

Lovely stay, really pleasant staff and a wonderful breakfast. Thank you

Lovely pool and spa area. Room was spacious, with good lighting and bed was comfy.

We stayed one night to break a journey and to have a look at Nantes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it's a short walk to the old part of the city with its bars and restaurants. We chose La Mangouste, which was great. There's a supermarket and bakery around the corner and parking at the hotel for a cost. Would recommend it.

Modern, very comfortable accommodation. Pleasant reception staff. Really handy location very close to railway station and city centre. Very nice breakfast room with a good choice of continental breakfast items, beautifully laid out. Only downside was very limited choice of cooked food - only sausages and (poorish) scrambled eggs.

Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in the Nairobi apartment. It was very spacious and well equipped. We had breakfast in the hotel, excellent quality food and friendly, helpful staff.
