"The hotel is very affordable and convenient to Tallinn old town. Clean, basic room. However, my complaint that there was no soap/body wash in the shower went unanswered by the guy at the front desk. He acknowledged the dispenser was broken but didn’t rectify the situation. A simple bar of soap would have been helpful. "

"Citybox was conveniently located close to the shipping terminal to Helsinki. Our room and bed were comfortable and the room was quiet. Having a Cafe downstairs was great for a tasty breakfast, lunch or cuppa. The neighbourhood was safe and a short walk to the Old Town, shops or restaurants. We loved our stay and will definitely book here again. "

"Most of the rooms are studio flats, but the kitchen isn’t right next to the bed so that makes cooking easier. A bit cramped, but alright for 2 ppl. Flat very clean, everything worked as it should, all equipment you need for basic cooking. Bed comfortable. Cafe in 5 minutes walk, supermarket and restaurants in 10min, train station with fresh produce market in 15min, Old Town in 20min. Public transport 15min walk. Building secure with codes for building, floor and room. Some rooms have balconies. If your room is north facing, you may see the northern lights."

"Out of the town centre but has a very good public transport system nearby to get you in the town centre. Big room, comfy beds. Although needs something to keep the mattress topper on the beds better. Although this place is classed as an hostel the amenities makes this a whole lot better. Great pool and saunas The breakfast is basic but the paid menu for lunches and evening meals is definitely good value for money"
