This is a great hotel. The reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. Instead of waiting until 3 pm, as most hotels do, they checked whether the room was ready and took care of all our requests.

Very well located in Logroño. Clean simple rooms, comfortable bed, large bathroom with a good shower. Good value for money. Cafe on ground floor did excellent coffee and was full of locals. The parking is interesting, you drive into a lift which takes you to an underground car park. We did see a range rover in there, no idea how they managed it.

Staff really friendly, room lovely and clean. Restaurant great food!

Extremely helpful staff as didn’t arrive to the hotel until after midnight. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Amazing value for money. Would recommend.

Hotel was part of a bodega in middle of beautiful vineyard. Rooms was excellent with floor to ceiling view (very modern loo, washbasin and shower a bit too way out for us). Staff were excellent as was dinner and breakfast. We bought some Rioja wine to take home as a price one third of UK price.

Arrived at hotel just befor 10am. Check in was 2pm but room was ready and we got to check in straight away. Hotel was easy to find in old part of town off a quiet street' with a few bars and places to eat.Hotel was modern. Room clean and spacious. Hotel was ideally suited for the famous Calle Laurel, only 4 mintues away. Breakfast was included. Normal continental meats, chheese, fruit, pastries, bread and yoghurts. Overall a great stay. Would certainly return.

Great location, within walking distance to the old part of town including the Calle Laurel and the other main streets with lots of terraces for pinchos, the Cathedral Santa María de la Redonda and the Franco-Española bodega.

Great location and a clean, spacious room.

Very clean and all staff very helpful.

I was at the property due to unexpected circumstances and the staff were more than helpful to my situation. The hotel and room were excellent and a great location for the city.

Lovely hotel situated in the middle of the old town- lovely on site restaurant and wine bar Ideal for exploring the Rioja region Note parking is outside city walls

Beautiful location and room, very personal service

This was an amazing and unique experience, like nothing else we have stayed at and we have travelled a lot. You cannot go through life without experiencing a night here. A real big tick on your “bucket list” Lorena who looked after us was amazing and we wanted for nothing Lovely food and wine in the evening and delicious breakfast all served to your room. The ambience of this beautiful place was simply wonderful.

Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.

This was a truly beautiful location and staff could not do enough for you. They were all very friendly and proud of where they worked. The attached winery and tour was a delight!
