Far from the truth. Upon arrival, someone who we did not understand and he did not understand us showed up to show us the stay.
After staying in the room for about one hour, the AC in the main bedroom that my wife and I and baby would be sleeping in started dripping water. Making puddle in the room, I closed the AC and called tried to get in contact with them.
I explained to them the situation and they said...
"The address and the location of the hotel in the Expedia system are incorrect. We were looking for the hotel for 1 hour in the extreme heat but still couldn’t find it. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. Finally, we found the correct hotel information on another booking website."
"Kalea levde inte upp till de förväntningar som vi hade. Väl på boendet finns det två pooler, men de tillhör endast 2 av rummen, så den tillgång som det står i beskrivningen av hotellet att man ska ha, den existerar inte. Wifi fungerar ibland. Myror inne på rummet. TV riktad mot dörren och utan arm för att kunna vrida upp den mot sängen. Kommunikationen är allmänt otrevlig från ägaren, städarna är supertrevliga. "Everything we needed in the gorgeous spacious clean tasteful and homely villa with the most relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. We loved exploring Paros, but loved coming home to Martineli more! Thank you to Nikos and family for your welcoming hospitality and delicious meals, fresh fish and squid to die for! You really made our long trip from New Zealand so worth it (great to be met at the airport). We definitely would be staying regularly if we lived nearer. Kia mihi from the kiwi girls...

"Best possible holiday! The room was the perfect size for two people and fully equipped so we could have breakfast/dinner on the patio if we wanted. The owner was amazing, extremely kind and friendly and helped us a lot with recommendations as well as any requests (she even lended us beach towels and changed them every 4 days). They left fruit and cookies in the room in some days (delicious) and it was cleaned every day thoroughly.

There are great eateries near the beach and the apartment. Short walk.
Would’ve loved an AC or a fan in the living room area. But the bedrooms had AC so that was a plus.
I would consider staying here again but update the description since there are constructions and sea view is obstructed. View is a peep at best. "
