Great experience… beautiful setting

Good condition, clean, with tasty continental breakfast. Helpfull stuff. One strength is short reception opening hours (up to 8pm only).

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Planinka. The hotel was immaculately clean, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Its location, next to the church and the river, is beautiful, with stunning scenery all around. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel genuinely well looked after. Such a hidden gem! independently owned in a lovely small town so out of the hustle & bustle. Perfect size room, warmly decorated, with bright natural light, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Pizza restaurant underneath which has great tasty food made by the owner. Definitely pop to the coffee shops down the road aswell! Definitely recommend a stay here rather than in the city.

What a brilliant hotel, lovely surroundings, very quiet and peaceful. The staff are excellent and very friendly, the food and service were outstanding. Was made to feel very welcome and would not hesitate to come here again. One of the best hotels in Europe!!.

Perfect 3 star hotel. Beyond my expectations. Easy parking. Clean. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location mid-way between Lake Bled and Ljubljana.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish – definitely 5★ from us. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Nice place, peaceful and impressive vibes.

The room was well maintained. Breakfast is a delight. The staff are wonderful and the young lady (Goldie horn look aLike is extremely helpful). As were other staff. Enabled to use motorcycle garage was a great help.

Some staff were very helpful and friendly and others not so much. Pool area undergoing some refurb work

Lovely place with great staff. Only stayed one night after getting in late from the airport but had a lovely time in Kranj

We stayed here to visit Ljubljana, as there was parking we left the car and we travelled on the bus from outside the B&B. The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast is served in the cafe below and was really tasty. I'd also recommend it for evening drinks as it was much cheaper than the city. Reception staff were helpful in giving us ideas on stops along our route the next day too.

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful country. Lovely spa and pool area.

Always enjoy my stay at Grof Personally I prefer the guesthouse to the hotel (I have stayed in both) it just seems more homely, but regardless of where you sleep I’m sure you’ll enjoy your stay at Grof. The restaurant and coffee shop is very well frequented by the locals, which is always a good sign.

Lovely hotel just out of the city. Bus stop just outside. Lidl/Aldi 20min walk away. Car parking space if with a car. Lovely breakfast.

A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We had a room for 4 which was large enough for two adults and two teenagers. No a/c but with the cooler...

Really spacious room, and great value, right in the town centre.

Ein sehr freundliches Gasthaus mitten in der Natur. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.
