for Vegas, great location and great room.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Palazzo is 2 queen rooms more or less; book Venetian if needing a king. Property is amazing; lobby access convenient, lots of food options. Guest services helpful. Bouchon at Venetian amazing for morning coffee and baked goods. Used Capri pool bar and cabana rental; service was slow but good food. Had to request extra robe for the two of us; room service was great. All in all worth the 10 year wait to return

It was a perfect experience..clean rooms staff were great specially the amenities ..it was nice staying there....
