"Wifi did not work in our room. Front desk clerk said it was probably due to our room location. He suggested that we use the business center. Never experienced this issue before, even with less expensive hotels. We should not have to use the business center whenever we want to use wifi just because of our room location. Fortunately we have unlimited data so could still use cell phones but my wife could not use her ipad and i could not use my lap top."

"They didn’t have anything in order. First they gave us the room that was assigned to someone. Second room they gave us was not done bedsheets were on floor bath towels were on beds. And finally third room was okay. But really bad management and not a single sorry from management."

The bathroom was disgusting-toilet wobbled and not secure, used bandaid behind the door, desk chair was filthy and old. Breakfast was limited to sugar cereal and waffles. I will NEVER stay here again."
