Very pleasant experience.We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing with serving of Champagne and freshly squeezed and pressed juices!

Great choice for visiting Lodz Orientarium/Zoo (10min by taxi) and connections from Kaliska station but also if you prefer staying outside the city centre. There is a nice park just opposite the hotel and you can walk to the main busy Piotrkowska Street in about 30min or just take a bus or taxi (around 15-20PLN). The hotel has exceeded our expectations in terms of food and customer service. Plenty of choice for breakfast (slow pressed juice was a bonus), evening meal was also very good and tasty (zalewajka soup was ecxellent). But the real highlight was customer service at reception, restaurant, bar, technical support - professional but still friendly and human, it does not happen often nowadays...room was spacious, good firm bed, fridge, kettle, safe; overall very happy with our stay; morning swim at their pool on the 10th floor was a great start of the day.

One of the best in LODZ.
This was our second stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Lodz. This is a great hotel, very comfortable, great city/park views for the rooms and very welcoming staff. Easy parking. The only negative comment is regarding selection of TV channel list in English. There is no CNN, EuroNew, BBC or SkyNews just to name a few. This is unacceptable! And since our last visit over 20months ago, the hotel still didn't make any changes. We stayed in many lower class hotels in Poland with wonderful selection of English TV channels. DoubleTree by Hilton - time to step up!

Excellent stay for business trip
All round top business class hotel, clean and comfortable room with outside and underground parking options. Restaurant food and service was pleasantly good, though slightly on the expensive end for Poland. I enjoyed exercising in the public park opposite the hotel, though there is a indoor gym option too. Breakfast buffet had all the necessary international options along with a separate a la carte menu. We stay again when visiting.

Staying in Lodz in the summer
This range of Hilton Hotels in Poland are great and Lodz is no exception. We were on a driving Holiday through Poland and it was very easy to park outside. The rooms are well furnished and spacious and being a Hilton Honours member makes all the difference. Breakfast was excellent and this Double Tree offers its own natural honey to guests from its own hive on the roof. The Front desk ladies were smart and helpful and when we were checking out but staying a while longer in the City, they were most kind to store our rather volumous luggage's in their store room. The view from the swimming pool is superb over a large park and what is surprising is that Lodz is changing and well worth a few days stay to have a wander around and visit some of the excellent sites and we felt a few more days would have been worthwhile if we would have had time. Visit the Manufactura site which was an old textile mill and New Piotrkowska_Street has a wonderful atmosphere but just remember all restaurants close at 10pm ....ALL. The hotel gave us maps and advice and also we were able to get a taxi quickly and fast as the hotel have a good arrangement and we were not ripped of. Strongly recommend this Hotel both for quality and for value for money. Thanks for a nice stay.

Very good
We stayed on Wednesday 08/08 for one night. We had two huge rooms with giant king size beds. Both rooms were clean and perfectly presented. I had a problem with my TV that it would not work. We informed reception and it was fixed by the time we had had dinner. The restaurant was closed on Wednesday evening so we had to eat in the bar, the food was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a very good hotel at reasonable prices.
