We arrived late at night, and the host sent us very clear check-in instructions via WhatsApp. We also checked out very early in the morning, so we never had the chance to meet the host, but everything went seamlessly. "Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature.
