"I hadn't stayed in aBritannia Hotel for quite a number of years because standards had slipped. This hotel really surprised me, it was of a high standard and immaculately presented. Helpful staff and the late check in was ideal as we arrive by cross channel ferry so we knew that we would be late checking in. Its a pity that we didn't have time to use the spa and golf course."
