"A true French chateau experience awaits. We loved our stay and only reluctantly share this review as we secretly want to keep this hidden gem to ourselves. But, in the spirit of sharing; the location is stunning, the interior details from another time - grand and excusite, the views are beautiful, the service was great and the food was excellent."

"A lovely old chateau with rooms in the main building and in others close by. Generally good, although service was somewhat slow at reception and the bar. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. Restaurant menu was a little disappointing, probably catering to international travellers who seemed to be the majority of guests."

"The view was amazing. The room was well decorated, very comfortable, and very convenient to the main tourist areas. I highly recommend doing dinner at Le Shaker right across the bridge from the hotel for a great view, amazing food and reasonable price. The only complaint is that the Air Conditioner had a pretty loud buzz every couple of minutes. I didn't mention it to the staff, but surely the maid heard it."

"The staff always make this hotel a welcoming stay. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere, attention, and recognition. We would recommend the restaurant which has excellent food with a selection of starters, mains and sweets and with a specials board too. And, of course, a wide selection of beverages including local wine. The rooms are clean, comfy and functional but basic, ideal for a stop over. We come here many times on our journey through."
